Short description: Valentin is a Belgian national currently living in Luxembourg for the past three years where after a traineeship, he is now HR officer at the Court of justice of the European Union. His work focuses on recruitment operations, workforce management, and institutional communications. He has a strong interest in career development and HR Policies.
Previously to that, Valentin has served in ELSA for three years as national VP in Luxembourg and Belgium before being the Vice President in charge of Seminars & Conferences during the term 2021/2022. He has been an active alumni ever since the end of his term.
His interests span over strategic planning and project management linked to activities in the Seminars & Conferences area, but also Internal Management-related topics for which he always had a great interest into, linked to many experiences of chairing National NCMs.
In his free time, Valentin loves to travel and discover new places as well as spending time with friends, many of his best ones coming from ELSA.
