International Training Meeting

An International Annual Meeting

The International Training Meeting (ITM) is one of the three types of International Internal Meetings of ELSA. It was adopted at the 77th International Council Meeting of ELSA, succeeding the International Area Meetings. It consists of Workshops and Trainings.

At the beginning of the term

It takes place online within the first two months of the term, from Thursday to Sunday. It brings together Officers from all Areas across the Network to train and educate them while preparing them for their term. Each National Group may in principle send eight delegates.

Focused on training its participants

In order to support Officers in developing valuable soft skills and improving their ELSA knowledge, it partially consists of training sessions. These sessions are provided by ITP Trainers, who have developed expertise and knowledge in the respective training topic.
