Short description: Olga is a legal professional from Montenegro with an international academic and professional background. She holds an LL.M. in Legal Studies from the University of Bologna, specialising in Law, Economics and Finance and is currently pursuing further specialisation in International and European Union Law.
Her professional experience includes work in international law firms and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro, while her involvement in ELSA has given her extensive experience working with people from different countries and backgrounds. As Director for Reception and Visas at ELSA International and a facilitator within the Rule of Law Education project, she has developed a strong interest in training and intercultural learning. She is passionate about creating interactive and engaging training experiences that help participants develop both their professional and personal skills.
ELSA experience: Olga’s ELSA journey has developed through international roles and projects within the Network. She previously served as Director for Reception and Visas at ELSA International, supporting trainees and ELSA Groups across the Network and contributing to the training of Professional Development officers.
She has also been involved in the Rule of Law Education project as a facilitator and participant in the Train the Facilitators Conference. Through these experiences, she has developed strong skills in communication, facilitation, teamwork and intercultural collaboration, which have further inspired her to become an ELSA International Trainer.
