Short description: Tom Hartmann is currently an LLM Student in International & European Business Law, specialising in competition and green transition laws. He is internationally minded and is of both Dutch and German origin, whilst having also lived in over 4 different countries. He has worked in ELSA for 4 years, mainly as President for ELSA Nijmegen and ELSA the Netherlands, as well as participating in numerous ELSA projects from Delegations to the ILRG.
