Oana Silaghi

Short description: My name is Oana, and I have been an accredited trainer for ELSA Romania since 2023. In 2024, I completed the Train the Trainers programme offered by the International Board ELSA. My main area of specialisation is team building. My Training sessions are primarily delivered in person, face-to-face. What I enjoy most when working with training groups is, first and foremost, understanding the group dynamics and identifying the group’s weak points. Based on these observations, I develop games and activities that address those specific areas, working on them until I feel that the issue has been resolved or that I have equipped the group with the tools and mechanisms needed to address it in the future. In general, my games are predominantly hands-on and physical, involving physical exercises or practical tasks. They are highly dynamic activities that require both physical and mental effort.

ELSA experience: For four years, I was part of the Human Resources Department within the Local Group ELSA Cluj-Napoca. During this time, I also held the position of Assistant for Bonding and Motivation within the team. In addition to these activities, during my time as an active member, I founded a book club within my Local Group and regularly delivered team-building training sessions, both for my own Local Group and for other Local Groups within ELSA Romania. My most recent project, in which I served as the Head Coordinator, was the 2025 edition of Train the Trainers Romania. My involvement in ELSA has been primarily focused on Human Resources. I have always been particularly interested in strengthening the bonds within Local Groups, both within my own Group and across the wider ELSA Network. My Training sessions have consistently focused on fostering team cohesion, building stronger relationships, and helping groups work better together.
