Short description: Francisco is currently a PhD candidate in the NOVA School of Law, in Lisbon, Portugal, on topics related to European Law and Data Protection. He enjoys traveling and does so whenever possible. In ELSA, he spent most of his path as a Key Area before becoming President of ELSA Portugal and President of the International Board of ELSA.
