Short description: Mathieu has been an ELSA officer for over five years where he gathered experience on all levels of ELSA. He has been involved in the Belgian network for four years, both as a local and national officer. He concluded his ELSA career as Vice President in charge of Moot Court Competitions of the International Board of ELSA for the term 2021/2022.
