Short description: Alena is a legal clerk at the Higher Regional Court Cologne and doctoral candidate in public international law. Next to that, she works as a research assistant at the Administrative Court Cologne. Although her active time as an ELSA officer has been a few years ago, she still enjoys giving trainings and thereby accompanying young ELSA members in their personal development processes. ELSA taught her how valuable it is to work in a team and to achieve goals together by overcoming their own borders. When she is not working for ELSA, she likes travelling and spending time in nature and with friends.
