Short description: Yuri is a law graduate and trainee lawyer in Zurich. He studied law at the Universities of Zurich, Lausanne, and Amsterdam. He is also a board member at the Europa Institut at the University of Zurich, a centre for European affairs. He has experience working as a trainee at several international law firms throughout Europe and also served on the advisory board for the IBA International Guidelines for Wellbeing in Legal Education. His trainings are informed by his pervious experience in and outside of ELSA and are focused on external relations, team management, and public speaking.
ELSA experience: Yuri was actively involved in the European Law Students’ Association (ELSA) during his studies, holding positions as the Co-President of ELSA Zurich, VP AA and President of ELSA Switzerland, and ultimately as President of the International Board of ELSA for the term 2022/23. He remains a member of the Advisory Board to the International Board of ELSA.
